About Lindsay

Born and raised in the Katy area, Lindsay was a part of the first graduating class of Morton Ranch High School. She began her career at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where she worked as both a payroll specialist and legal assistant. These roles allowed her to develop a strong foundation in compliance, organizational operations, and cross-departmental collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of legal and regulatory matters within a large corporate environment.

Lindsay later joined the City of Katy as the first-ever Executive Assistant to the City Administrator. In this role, she supported the City Administrator in advancing City Council’s priorities and initiatives. Her work included advocating for regional, state, and federal cooperation to further key goals in drainage, mobility, and development. She also contributed to numerous special projects, such as the Katy Boardwalk and Historic Town Square, and supported economic development efforts and incentive packages designed to promote local growth.

In addition to her public service, Lindsay co-founded KT Irrigation with her husband, a local family-owned irrigation and drainage company, where she leads the company’s branding, marketing, and growth efforts.

Lindsay brings more than a decade of experience in business administration, local government operations, and project coordination. Now at the Chamber, she looks forward to letting her personality and passion for service collide as she supports small businesses, builds strong partnerships, and helps Katy continue to grow and thrive.

Lindsay lives in Katy with her husband, Alan, and their two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and staying connected to the local community that helped shape her.
