Katy Teen Council
The Katy Teen Council is a six week summer leadership program for high school students in Katy ISD. The program aims to connect students from across the district with potential employers, career paths, and opportunities to solidify a path for teens after high school. Through field trips, industry workshops, and panels, members of the council gain real world insight, professional development, and the experience necessary to empower the next generation of leaders.

Meet the Founders
Hi! We are Antara and Avantika Manish- two twins with the goal of helping high school students connect with opportunities that can assist them with solidifying a path after graduation. We believe that true leadership is built by stepping into rooms where decisions are made, which is why we created the Katy Teen Council!
Our goal is to allow the council’s immersive, hands on experiences to push students like ourselves into real world action. We hope you’ll apply to the Teen Council for the change to learn exciting new things and meet other passionate leaders who can help you grow!
